Upon establishing our apartment community, we immediately focused our attention on providing residents with an excellent living situation. We always thoroughly screen our applicants to find quality residents to add to the community. We strive to reduce potential nuisances to protect our residents’ quality of life and need for a quiet place to reside. We do allow cats if our residents pay an additional deposit and allow extra small dogs on level one also with an additional deposit. We set our rents, security deposit and application fees at a competitive rate.

Our apartment community allows residents to enjoy their homes without having to worry about completing maintenance and repairs on their own. Our team continually upgrades the apartment units with new materials and appliances to keep them updated with modern building practices. We remain focused on providing a clean, comfortable and safe place for our residents to live as the Van Nuys area continues to evolve and develop.
