Our single and one-bedroom floor plans provide residents with a layout fit for relaxing after a long workweek and entertaining friends, family and neighbors on off days. We recently upgraded our units with long-lasting, high-end laminate flooring and granite countertops. These materials give each unit a boost in durability and beauty. We focused on integrating gas appliances, such as fireplaces and ranges, to make our building environmentally friendly and potentially reduce resident utility bills.
Our team promptly responds to emergency maintenance requests and only performs regularly scheduled tasks after giving residents ample notice. On a daily basis, we clean and maintain the residents’ shared areas, such as the central courtyard, front lobby and laundry facility. Our residents can report problems to our team anytime to have them solved right away. Our focus always remains on keeping residents satisfied with their living arrangements at Sylvan Springs Apartments.
